Dispatcher / Account Manager

Our dispatching/account managers are the focal point of our exceptional customer service and field technician productivity. If you are a positive, analytical and enjoy a fast-paced job that involves multi-tasking, then this is the job for you.  The ideal person is outgoing, has attention to detail, can think on the fly and has a “Can Do”, team player attitude.  If this sounds like you, then please apply.

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years of dispatching and field service scheduling experience

  • 3 plus years of customers service and support

  • Experience in trucking, repair or industrial services

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations

  •  Demonstrated ability to work with field personnel effectively

  • Exceptional communication skills

 

Compensation: Based upon experience and abilities
